Bluebird Drafting specializes in providing architectural drafting services, including the creation of measured drawings of existing buildings and residences (i.e., as-built drawings). We also offer construction drawings for new spaces, enhanced by our 3D modeling services, and innovative designs for basements, kitchens, and baths. Over the past 15 years, Bluebird Drafting has collaborated with numerous architects, engineers, homeowners, interior designers, and realtors. Our deep understanding of how buildings are designed and constructed fuels our passion for intricate design details.

Services
All drawings and 3D models are produced using software programs such as Chief Architect and AutoCAD. Our architectural drafting includes existing floor plans, proposed floor plans, interior/exterior elevations, millwork details, and electrical plans. To date, we have provided 3D modeling services on over 500 different projects, creating laser-to-CAD As-Builts, generating 3-D models of remodeled homes, as well as producing hundreds of sets of construction drawings.
